The purpose of this study is to investigate the manufacturing technology of recycle-aggregates
with self-trituration. Mortar was removed by friction when crushing using only self-trituration, but as
the grinding time increased, the surface of the recycle-aggregates became spherical and no more mortar
removal effect was observed. In order to compensate the phenomenon, we used recycle-aggregates and
a small amount of spin-bar as grinding media at the time of grinding. As a result, the spheroidization
phenomenon was reduced and the absorption rate was decreased by continuous mortar removal.
